Position: Professional Nanny
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Start Date: April 2026

Overview
The role is designed for a team of two nannies providing full childcare coverage across 7 days a week; however, we are currently recruiting one nanny to join this arrangement. The setup is dynamic and may evolve over time, requiring a high degree of flexibility, professionalism, and discretion. Please note the person sought should already be based in or near Prague to be considered for the role.

Working Schedule
The position operates on a rotational schedule:
5 days a week
Short week: 7:25 am – 1:00 pm, with availability on call when required, including some weekends.
Long week: 7:25 am – 7:00 pm.
Occasional night or weekend shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities
Providing high-quality, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care for the children
Managing all aspects of the children’s daily routines
Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children
Supporting age-appropriate learning, play, and activities
Accompanying the family on travel within the Czech Republic and internationally when required
Maintaining the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
Please note: this role is strictly childcare-focused. Household cleaning or general domestic duties are not part of the position.

Accommodation
Accommodation can be provided for overnight stays when required
A permanent live-in arrangement is not foreseen;

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience as a nanny
Previous experience working with high-profile or UHNW families is strongly preferred
Highly professional, reliable, and well-presented
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with evolving arrangements
Open to travel domestically and internationally
Driving license not required
The person should register as SELF EMPLOYED
The candidate should speak English and Czech or Slovak

Profile Preference
Ideally a Czech or Slovak national
Based in Prague or very familiar with the city and its culture
Candidates returning to Prague from the UK or with international experience are particularly welcomed
