A fully staffed, formal private household is seeking a warm and professional native French-speaking Rota Nanny to care for a 4-year-old girl.

The household has a Russian background, so candidates with experience working in similar environments or with strong cultural awareness would be particularly well suited.

Please note that Russian language skills are not required for this role, and we are specifically seeking candidates whose native language is French or who speaks fluent French.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing, highly experienced nanny who genuinely enjoys engaging with young children and supporting their development through attentive care, creative play, and structured routines.

The successful candidate will join a professional household environment and work on a two-week rotation schedule, ensuring consistent and attentive care for the child while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.

Please note that while on rotation, the nanny will be on call 24/7. Accommodation is a shared room with the child, with a private bathroom provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing attentive, nurturing care for a 4-year-old child
- Creating a warm, stimulating, and safe environment that supports the child’s development
- Organising engaging age-appropriate activities and play
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child
- Supporting daily routines including dressing, mealtimes, and bedtime preparation
- Accompanying the child to clubs, activities, and outings
- Maintaining the child’s bedroom, play areas, and belongings in a clean and organised condition
- Managing the child’s wardrobe, toys, and personal items
- Collaborating respectfully with parents and household staff to ensure smooth daily routines

Ideal Candidate:

- Native or fluent French speaker (essential)
- Extensive experience working as a professional nanny within private or UHNW households
- Warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about childcare
- Highly organised and able to maintain structure and routines
- Discreet, professional, and respectful of privacy in a private household environment
- Energetic and engaging, with a proactive approach to planning activities

Requirements:

- Enhanced DBS check (or equivalent background check)
- Excellent contactable recent references from previous employers
- Proven track record working with young children in private households
- Preferably already living in or near Monaco. Candidates that are further could be considered depending on how they commute for their shift.
- Ability to work live-in on a rota basis (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)
