Live-out Weekend Nanny Required in Central London

We are assisting a high-net worth family in Central London with the recruitment of a dedicated, fun and responsible Weekend Nanny to care for their four young children. Our clients are looking for an approachable and friendly candidate with a ‘can-do’ attitude and experience managing multiples. An experienced childcare provider, you will have proven experience of looking after children of a similar age (2-10 years old) and have a warm, kind, and caring nature.
You will be creative and energetic, able to arrange fun, age-appropriate activities for them to keep them stimulated and active on the weekends. The ideal candidate will be a team player with brilliant organisational and communication skills, liaising with the parents and other staff members to ensure the family’s weekend runs smoothly.
Additionally, you will be able to prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the children and be responsible for their bed and bath time routine. As part of the role, you will be expected to maintain the general tidiness and cleanliness of the children’s areas, as well as making sure that their school uniforms, sports kits etc. are ready to go for Monday morning. Working hours are from 7am-7pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Arranging age-appropriate activities and accompanying the children on trips/outings
• Ensuring that their equipment, school uniforms, school bags etc. are sorted out and ready to go
• Liaising with parents and other household staff to ensure the weekend runs smoothly
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Tidying up after the children and ensuring their areas are neat and tidy
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Prior childcare experience in a private household
• Experience caring for multiple young children at the same time
• Ability to connect with a range of ages, from toddler to pre-teen
• Trustworthy, reliable, and honest
• A clear communicator with excellent organisational skills
• Kind, caring and approachable
• Fluency in spoken English and eligibility to work in the UK
• Good team player, energetic, and discreet
• DBS checked
• Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Willing to work on weekends
• Excellent checkable references
