Role: Live-in Nanny / Educator

A private family relocating to Dubai is seeking a professional and experienced live-in Nanny / Educator to support the care of their young daughter. The role will suit someone who enjoys creating a calm, structured environment and can bring a thoughtful and engaging approach to a child’s day.

The child attends school during the day, which provides downtime within the working schedule for the nanny to organise activities, prepare materials for learning and play, and manage the child’s belongings. The focus of the role is on providing attentive care before and after school, ensuring the child’s routine remains balanced, enriching, and consistent.

You will be responsible for planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging creativity and curiosity, and supporting the child’s confidence both academically and socially. The family values a nurturing approach combined with clear boundaries and positive guidance.

Additional responsibilities will include accompanying the child to after-school activities, supporting daily routines such as meal times, bath time, and bedtime, and maintaining organisation within the child’s bedroom and wardrobe. The nanny will work collaboratively with the parents and other household staff to ensure the child’s schedule runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting children of a similar age and will bring a proactive and organised approach to the role. A background in education, tutoring, or early childhood development would be advantageous. Experience supporting children who benefit from additional structure or behavioural guidance would also be welcomed.
Accommodation is provided within the family home.

Candidates must speak fluent English and be able to provide strong references from previous employers. The role will involve international travel with the family at times.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
