A warm and loving family based in Aarschot, Belgium is expecting their first baby and is seeking an experienced, long-term nanny/housekeeper to join their household. The family is looking for a professional nanny who will become a trusted part of the family, work closely alongside the mother, and provide calm, practical support and guidance during the newborn phase and in the years that follow.

The position will commence prior to birth in order to support the family in preparing for the arrival of their baby and to ensure a smooth and well-organised transition into parenthood. This role presents a beautiful opportunity for a motherly and highly experienced nanny who values stability, continuity, and long-term commitment throughout the child’s early development and the family’s life.

The family also has a dog and candidates must be comfortable working in a household with a dog.

* Start Date: Ideally beginning June or July
* Schedule: 5 days per week | Weekends off

* Salary: €4.000 gross per month*

Role Overview:

This is a full-time nanny/housekeeper position, combining newborn care with household management. Responsibilities include hands-on newborn support, preparing baby bags, clothing, and essentials, guiding and assisting the parents with daily care, and growing into a more active role as the child develops (including full days out in the future).

In addition, the nanny will be responsible for all standard nanny-housekeeper duties, including:

* Cleaning, tidying, and organization
* Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
* Daily cooking for the family is essential (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
