New! Professional 2-Day Nanny Share – Canonbury/Barnsbury – April 2026 Start

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a warm, experienced and confident professional nanny to care for two babies aged 6 months in a well-organised nanny share based in Islington.
This is a two-day per week position, with flexibility to work any two days Tuesday and Thursday OR Wednesday and Thursday. Working hours will be 8:00am–6:00pm.
Both families live on the same street and are considering alternating the setting each week between the two homes.

The Role
You will be caring for two babies of the same age in a nanny share arrangement. The families are looking for a nanny who is highly confident with young baby care and understands the dynamics of caring for two little ones at the same developmental stage.

The ideal nanny will:
Have excellent experience with babies from 6 months+
Have previously worked with twins, multiples, or within a nanny share
Be confident supporting weaning and planning age-appropriate meals
Have experience supporting developmental milestones
Have previously supported potty training (for future stages)
Be organised, proactive and able to structure the day
Be fun, positive and nurturing
Have excellent communication skills and work collaboratively with both families
A nanny who speaks French, Italian or Spanish would be of particular interest.

The position will be based solely within the two family homes
Both families will pay National Minimum Wage individually, which as of April 2026 will be £12.71 gross per hour each, equating to a total of £25.42 gross per hour
