Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and reliable Night Nannies / Newborn Care Specialists to support families during the overnight period. You will provide expert newborn care, allowing parents to rest with confidence that their baby’s needs are being met safely and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
• Overnight care of newborns and young infants
• Feeding support (breast, bottle, or mixed, as directed)
• Settling, soothing, and sleep routine support
• Nappy changes and general infant hygiene
• Monitoring infant wellbeing throughout the night
• Maintaining detailed handover notes for parents
• Light nursery-related tasks, where appropriate

Essential Requirements
• Proven experience as a Night Nanny, Maternity Nurse, or Newborn Care Specialist
• Relevant childcare qualification and/or newborn care training
• Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Excellent references
• Professional, calm, and discreet manner

Desirable
• Sleep training knowledge
• Experience with twins or premature babies
• Postnatal or maternity nursing background
