ASAP Start, Experienced Live Out Nanny Needed. Beautiful Countryside Setting in Blandford Forum, Dorset.
A friendly, down-to-earth family living a countryside lifestyle are seeking a long-term, dependable, warm and experienced nanny to support their busy home and care for their two young children (both under three, with the eldest attending nursery). They are looking for someone who enjoys the outdoors and embraces active, fresh-air days with the children.
The primary focus of the role is providing practical, attentive care in a safe, structured, and calm manner. Responsibilities include planning engaging, outdoor-focused activities such as walks and open-air play, managing daily routines including meals, naps, outings, and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups, as well as preparing and organising everything needed for nursery and trips. The nanny will also need to drive the children to local outings and activities.
In addition to childcare, the family would value support in maintaining high standards within the children’s areas and the home. This includes children’s laundry, changing beds, tidying toys and bedrooms, and keeping their spaces clean, organised, and well maintained.

Location of the job: Blandford Forum. Dorset.
Minimum experience Level for this job: 2yrs+ in private homes.
Details of any training needed for this job: Enhanced DBS and First Aid is essential on application.
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: NVQ level 3/diploma in childcare and development is essential.
Days of work: Full days on Monday and Wednesday with two further half days to be discussed. Additional housekeeping hours also available.
Hours of work: 8am – 6pm Monday and Wednesday, 8am – 1pm on two further days (30hrs a week)
Driver required with own car.
Job start date: ASAP
Pay: £23,400 Gross per year (£15 per hour)
