We are looking for a Spanish speaking Live-in (open to Live-out) Nanny in Camden, London.

This is a wonderful role working for a British/American family of three (one child B7) soon to be four. We are looking for a Nanny who will enjoy being part of a busy and happy household.

The contracted hours of work are 50 hours per week but, for the right candidate, would consider anywhere between 40 to more than 50. Monday - Friday. The salary offered will be competitive but will depend on qualifications, Live-in or Live-out, skills and previous experience. Live-in preferred! Can offer a private room, entrance and bathroom on floor with no other bedrooms - very private! Semi-private kitchen on same floor that would be totally private in AM and evenings.

This role would suit a Nanny who is responsible, proactive, organised, tidy, trust-worthy, energetic and genuinely passionate about caring for children. We are looking for someone committed who is seeking a long-term position.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is happy and able to, occasionally, travel with us - to fun, interesting places. We would, of course, always provide a nice, private accommodation for a nanny.
We love languages in our house and would love a fluent Spanish speaker who will speak to the children in Spanish. Our B7 is very confident in Spanish already.

A driver would be great but is not essential. We’re looking for a competent cook who can provide healthy meals for our son as well as someone to who is responsible about keeping the child areas tidy and organized - to be clear, we are not looking for someone to do deep cleaning!

My partner and I, though very hard working, are also easy going and care very deeply about creating a really comfortable, fun environment for anyone who works for us. We hope to find someone who can grow and adapt with us for many years to come!

Interviewing now, start date flexible but, ideally, starting in late April/early May.

Duties and responsibilities;

Care of B7 in a sole charge
Possible occasional short term proxy parenting
Making child’s bed and changing linen when needed
Preparing school outfits, dressing, cleaning his teeth and ensuring his bags are packed
Keeping his bedroom tidy and organised
Taking our son to play dates, sports fixtures etc
Creating fun, educational, stimulating activities
Helping with homework
Bath and bedtime routines a few times per week
Monitoring essential food, cleaning and other supplies and ordering more as needed
Laundry - for b7 when needed
Healthy food preparation and cooking for the child (batch cooking appreciated but not required! Nothing fancy required!)
Cleaning up after B7 mealtimes
School collections

Will need someone with experience with babies from six months old. Food and milk preps and feeds, laundry, nap routines, development support, etc.

To be considered for this role you must:
up to date baby and child first aid
Be eligible to work within the UK
Possess (or be willing to get) an up-to-date DBS check
