An experienced professional sole charge career nanny is needed. Ideal candidates love the outdoors and have a positive attitude towards learning and professional development. An organised nanny who creates formal plans for a fun and educational week is needed. Someone warm, dedicated, and with a high communication level will be suited to this role.

Both children are very bright, inquisitive, and keen to learn. After school, you will be spending time with both children. Someone who can plan fun activities in the afternoons is needed. A proactive nanny happy to provide a variety of activities, including baking, taking the youngest to the petting zoo, music classes, going to the playground, etc. Someone happy to take the boys out and about is needed. The boys are fun and full of energy, and a nanny happy to take charge, keep them busy, and hold boundaries in a fun and loving way is needed.

Location: The Hague

Schedule: Full-time 40 hours

Start Date: Flexible for the right candidate.

Commitment: Long-term.

Candidates need an EU passport or a Dutch resident permit.


Responsibilities and duties:
You are responsible for the care of the children and tidying up after yourself and the children. You won't be fully responsible for all nursery duties; however, you do need to be happy to help out with laundry and cooking when required.


Experience, qualifications, approach, and skills:
Ideally, you have extensive experience as a career nanny
Early childhood education background or relevant training
Experience with multiples, infants, and school-aged children is appreciated
Comfortable working independently and as part of a family team.

Vital requirements:
Valid driver’s license and ideally own a car due to the location
Dutch-speaking
Happy to cycle bakfiets.

Additional details:
This is a live-out role, it's possible for the right candidate that accommodation can be provided
Being open to occasional travel is needed
Important you like animals
As the children grow up, the role will expand to include some family assistant duties
The family will arrange employment.

Agency requirements:
3 years of full-time professional childcare experience
Valid pediatric first aid
A recent police check or DBS, and the DBS update system
Written references and a minimum of 3 verbal references.
