Professional Rota Nanny – Europe-Based HNW Family

My Maternity Concierge is delighted to support a warm, high-net-worth Europe-based family in securing two exceptional rota nannies to join their household.

Having successfully placed a maternity nurse with the family previously, we are now supporting them in transitioning into the next stage of care as their baby approaches four months of age. Continuity, calm professionalism and long-term stability are central to this appointment.

The household is informal and relaxed in atmosphere, while operating with quiet efficiency behind the scenes. The family deeply values trust, discretion and genuine teamwork built on mutual respect.

You will work alongside a previously placed maternity professional and within an established support structure. Stability, collaboration and clear communication between rota nannies are essential.

The home includes one friendly family dog.


Key Responsibilities
• 24-hour sole/shared care for one baby (almost 4 months at start)
• Establishing, maintaining and gently adapting routines (sleep, feeding, developmental progression)
• Supporting feeding transitions and future weaning stages appropriately
• Age-appropriate stimulation and milestone-focused developmental activities
• Nursery organisation, hygiene and baby laundry
• Travel preparation and hands-on travel support
• Calm, responsive and discreet communication with parents
• Seamless handovers between rota nannies
• Team collaboration with household staff
• Maintaining confidentiality and respecting household privacy

Legal Requirement:
Applicants must hold a valid EU or EFTA passport.
Due to employment regulations, applications from candidates without EU/EFTA work eligibility will not be considered.

Experience Required:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience within private households, ideally with HNW/UHNW families and prior rota experience.
