Our private clients based in Marbella, Spain are seeking an experienced, warm, and reliable Live-out Nanny to support the care of their 6-year-old child. This is a long-term position suited to someone organised, proactive, and happy to work around a structured school routine while supporting the wider needs of the household.
Both parents work from home, so the ideal candidate will be confident working alongside them, respecting boundaries, and creating a calm, positive environment for their child. The family is looking for someone flexible, energetic, and happy to travel with them when required. Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role.
You must be dependable, and comfortable assisting with light admin tasks and simple family cooking when needed.

Days of work: 5 days per week (including one weekend day)

Hours:Split-shift schedule:
Morning: 7:30AM – 10:30AM
Afternoon: 3:30PM – 7:00PM
Weekend day: full-day cover as required.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
Supporting the child’s morning and after-school routines
School preparation, breakfast support, and organising the child’s belongings
School pick-ups and afternoon care
Planning age-appropriate activities, play, and educational support
Preparing simple, healthy meals for the child and occasional family cooking
Light admin support related to the child or household when required
Maintaining tidy play and child-related areas
Supporting bedtime routines on working days
Travelling with the family when required
Working harmoniously alongside parents who work from home

Salary: €20 – 25 per hour
