Nanny/Housekeeper – Full Time (Live-in or Live-out option) Sparsholt nr Winchester 
Lovely family looking for a long-term Nanny/Housekeeper for 3 children (6, 5 & 3).Hours: Mon–Fri 7am–6pm (earlier finish Fridays when possible).
Accommodation: Separate cottage available Full time or just weekdays if preferred. Cleaners already employed — role focuses on children and keeping the home running and their world organised.Duties include:
• School runs (driver essential)
• Organising children’s schedules
• Cooking & meal planning for the children
• Washing/ironing/Bed changing • Tidying & organising• Youngest home Tues & Thurs
• Proxy parenting when needed
• Confident swimmer required (family pool)Looking for someone warm, engaging and fun, but able to implement clear boundaries. Travel helpful but not essential.Long-term role with a lovely family.
