Proactive Daily Nanny for Two Active Boys aged 2.5 years and 4 years,

Salary: Up to, £65,000 Gross per annum

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 18:30

Start Date: Late February / March 2026

The Role
A professional family in Kensington is seeking a "switched-on, and active Nanny to join them long-term. This is a role for a true partner in parenting—someone who brings a "can-do" attitude and a passion for Early Years development. With both boys (2.5 & 4 years) attending Nursery in the mornings, you will use this time to manage Nursery duties and prepare nutritious, varied meals for the boys and parents.

We are looking for a candidate who is as comfortable running around the park as they are sitting down to support early literacy and numeracy.

Core Responsibilities
Educational Play: Using an understanding of EYFS to plan stimulating activities, arts and crafts, and outings that foster curiosity and hit developmental milestones.

Culinary Creativity: Preparing healthy, varied meals from scratch. You should love to cook and be happy to follow Mum’s favourite family recipes.

The Morning Hustle: Managing the morning routine, school bags, and the 5-minute walk to Nursery/School drop-offs.

Nursery Duties: Taking full ownership of the boys' laundry, wardrobe organization, toy rotation, and sourcing new educational resources.

Logistics & Life Admin: Organizing playdates, managing schedules, unpacking grocery deliveries, and running light errands to keep the household humming.

The Ideal Candidate
Active & Engaging: You have the stamina to keep up with two busy little boys and a genuine love for being outdoors.

Switched-On: You anticipate needs before they arise and take initiative without needing a "to-do" list.

Educationally Minded: A background in teaching or EYFS is highly desirable. You understand how to turn a trip to the park into a learning opportunity.

Collaborative: You enjoy working alongside a supportive Mum to maintain consistency, boundaries, and good manners.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English is essential for supporting reading and writing skills.

Contract & Requirements
Contract: Permanent, Long-term.

Notice Period: Statutory during probation; 8 weeks thereafter.

Requirements: Enhanced DBS check and current Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
