A young professional family are looking for a 4 day pw (Mon - Thurs) nanny who is seeking a long-term, sole charge role caring for a 2.5-year-old boy and an 8-month-old baby girl. This is a hands-on role for an experienced nanny who is confident managing the differing needs, routines and developmental stages of a toddler and a baby at the same time.

The ideal candidate will have strong, relevant experience caring for both babies and toddlers concurrently and will be highly organised, calm and engaging. The family are looking for someone fun and energetic, but who also fully understands that safety is always paramount.

This role would suit a nanny who enjoys wholesome living and brings a positive, supportive approach to their work. Someone who can maintain clear, consistent routines while also planning creative, stimulating and age-appropriate activities that both children can enjoy. The nanny should be confident adapting activities to suit each child individually, while also encouraging shared play and interaction where appropriate.

A genuine interest in early childhood development is essential. The nanny should be observant and proactive in supporting the children as they reach key developmental milestones and be confident communicating updates, observations and progress back to the parents, working in partnership to ensure the very best outcomes for both children.

The family would love someone who is a confident driver, enjoys being outdoors, attending local classes and playgroups, and organising engaging days filled with learning through play, exploration and everyday experiences.
