My name is Sophie and I live in Finchley N3 with my husband Mike and son Isaac, who is currently 22 months. We are a warm and loving family and would love to make our nanny feel as included and welcome as possible in our home.

We are looking for a part time nanny for three days a week, with ideal days to include Tuesdays and Thursdays. The role will involve: play, nap time, local outings, meal times, meal prep and baby laundry. Ideal characteristics for a nanny are someone who is warm, caring, reliable, creative, gentle and attuned.

I am very interested in child development, Montessori, and other approaches like attachment and aware parenting, gentle methods, and children’s nutrition. I believe in a child led approach. I am always eager to learn and hope to find the same mindset in a nanny.

Knowledge of and interest Montessori and child development highly desirable. Interest in nutrition and cooking delicious meals highly desirable too. A love of music a bonus!
