A lovely family based in Buckhurst Hill, Essex are seeking an experienced and nurturing full time nanny to care for their 14 month old son.

This is a long term role for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting early development and takes a thoughtful, child-led approach to care.

Role Details
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 6:00pm
• Salary: £60,000
• Accommodation: Ideally live out, though a Monday–Friday live in arrangement may be considered for an exceptional candidate
• Start: As soon as the right candidate is found
• Travel: No travel currently planned, though occasional future travel for holidays may arise

Key Responsibilities
• Sole charge care of a 1 year old boy during working hours
• Support developmental milestones through age appropriate, Montessori-
inspired activities
• Plan and attend classes (sensory groups, tumble tots, etc.) and organise playdates
• Prepare nutritious, natural meals using fresh ingredients (no ultra processed foods); happy to cook a family meal when required
• Maintain the child’s spaces, including toy organisation and clothing care
• Arrange local outings and activities
• Monitor sleep patterns and maintain consistent nap routines
• Manage bath time and occasional bedtime routines
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety at all times
