Location: Fully staffed UHNW private household (global travel role)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 PA
Package: DBS required, 2:2 rota-based role, travel included
Travel: Regular international travel with the family

Role Summary
An UHNW family with an established and long-standing nanny team is seeking an additional rota nanny to join their household. This is a support-focused role designed to provide coverage during holidays, rest periods, and rota gaps, ensuring continuity of care. The family has two young children aged b2 and g1, supported by a structured rota system with two nannies per child. The role requires flexibility, organisation, and confidence working across a wide age range.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care for children aged 1 to 11
Support the existing nanny team by covering holidays, rest periods, and rota gaps
Plan, organise, and coordinate age-appropriate activities for all children
Work collaboratively within an established and long-serving nanny team
Maintain routines, schedules, and structured daily activities
Travel with the family as part of a 2:2 rota arrangement

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience working with children across multiple age groups
Fluent Spanish speaker is essential
Highly organised with strong scheduling and planning skills
Active, energetic, and physically fit
Team-oriented with a flexible and proactive approach
Practical experience valued over formal childcare qualifications
Enhanced DBS check required
