Compensation: Market standard salary based on experience & qualifications. All travel, insurance, food & accommodation covered
Schedule: 55 hrs/week - 6 days a week, incl. 2 baby sitting per week
Holidays : 4 weeks incl. 2 weeks over christmas period

We’re a young, adventurous family embarking on a once-in-a-lifetime gap year with our two daughters — Alix (3 years old) and Giulia (1 year old). We have been travelling around south and Central America since September 2025 and discovering the wonders of the world while nurturing our children’s development through Montessori values, love, and a deep connection with the world around us.

? The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Montessori-trained full-time Educator/Nanny to become a key part of our journey. Someone passionate, proactive, and experienced — who sees childcare not as a job, but as a meaningful vocation.
This is not your average nanny role:
?? It’s a full family adventure, filled with travel, cultural exploration, and unforgettable memories.
?? You’ll have a direct impact on our children’s growth, especially Alix’s early education, helping her flourish through daily Montessori-based activities and rich, real-world learning experiences.
?? You'll also support us with Giulia providing loving, attentive care in the early years of her life.

?? What You’ll Do
? Plan and lead daily Montessori-inspired activities for Alix (3+) and Giulia (1+): The family will share some reading material and will expect to have activities planned at specific time of the day.
? Help maintain a peaceful and organized family rhythm while traveling : Care for children during travel (plane or other), luggage packing and unpacking, monitor girls supplies and buy accordingly.
? Pitch in with light household tasks : Laundry, meals, regularly tidying up
? Be an active, reliable support system for the family throughout the journey

? Must-Haves
? Montessori certification with experience guiding toddlers from 2 year old onwards. The family can consider funding a training program if there is no certification.
? Experience with infants (12 months+) and strong understanding of baby development
? Native English speaker. Alix is fully bilingual.
? Willing and excited to travel full-time internationally for 6 months+
? Strong initiative, reliability, and the ability to remain discreet
? A warm, energetic, and loving presence — ready to be part of our family team!

Specific points to consider
- The parents will sometimes travel alone and leave you the care of the children over several days.
- The parents will spend some time with the children without needing to be accompanied, discretion while remaining available will be required
- The family is looking for someone who is well organised but agile
- A private room will be provided but might be shared with another nanny. In rare cases, the room might be shared with children (example : potential overnight in a hotel)

Travel plans : Subject to changes
- April : Costa Rica
- May/Mid June : Miami and Madrid
- July : France
- August : Greece & Switzerland
- September + : eventual settlement (location to be determined)
