Exciting opportunity for an adaptable and organised rota Nanny to assist a lovely family in Florence! The Nanny will be responsible in caring for two boys aged 2 and 1 years as well as the family's third child who will be born in April (Maternity Nurse employed until August). Working on a 1 or 2 weeks on/off basis alongside another rota Nanny. This role will be on a sole and shared charge basis as Mum is hands on. This role involves all nursery duties, supporting the children’s development, assisting the mother, cooking and planning engaging activities including outdoor play, arts and crafts, and educational experiences. The ideal candidate will be active, energetic, a team player, upbeat, creative, adventurous and outdoorsy, with a genuine passion for childcare. Must be competent and experienced in caring for two or more children at once and also discrete and respectful of family privacy and values. The role includes travel, particularly to the family’s home in France from June to September and flexibility is essential. An English, Spanish, French or Italian speaker required. The nanny must be confident cooking and comfortable working as part of a team in a staffed household when in France (part time cleaner employed in Florence). A driver is required and a car will be provided. Accommodation provided is a private bedroom and bathroom in Florence and a private bedroom and bathroom shared with a child when based in France. Offering a salary of £75,000gpa, with some flexibility depending on experience. Interviews to commence immediately for an ASAP start.
