Job Summary:
This family is seeking a dedicated and friendly nanny to care for their three young children (nearly 3, 18 months, and a newborn due in June). The role is nanny-only, focused on sole-charge childcare (with some shared care), maintaining structured routines, outdoor play, learning activities, and all child-related duties including cooking children’s meals, children’s laundry, and tidying. The mother works from home. There are no pets.
The family lives in a rural location, so a confident driver with their own car is essential. They prefer a live-out nanny, though weekday accommodation (Monday–Thursday) is available in a separate annex if needed; weekend living-in is not possible. The ideal candidate will enjoy countryside living, love spending time outdoors, be reliable and healthy, and feel comfortable following a structured daily routine while providing warm, engaging care.


General Duties:
• Providing high-quality childcare for three children (including newborn from June)
• Sole charge care for much of the day, supporting consistent routines
• School-style activities, age-appropriate play, and outdoor/garden time
• Safely transporting children as needed (including regular nursery runs)
• Preparing and cooking meals for the children
• Children’s laundry and keeping children’s areas tidy
• Supporting the children’s development and wellbeing

Candidate Requirements:
• Confident and safe driver with a full driving licence and own car (essential)
• Reliable and comfortable following structured routines
• Enjoys countryside living and outdoor activities
• Warm and engaging with children
• Happy to work mostly sole charge, with some shared care
• Flexible and supportive team player within a family home
