Professional Nanny – Ladbroke Grove (W10)
3 Days per Week-Monday to Wednesday | Start: Flexible (Mid-March to May 2026)
£21–£25 gross per hour (experience dependent)

A warm, caring and confident nanny is sought to support a lovely family in Ladbroke Grove with their 6-month-old baby. The family are focused on finding the right long-term match and are therefore flexible on a start date between mid-March and May 2026.
As mum transitions back to work, there will be a mixture of working from home and being out of the house. The nanny will take a guiding, communicative and professional approach to supporting the family through these early developmental stages.

Key Responsibilities
• Full nursery duties related to the child
• Age-appropriate play, sensory activities and early learning
• Preparing and supporting weaning (baby will be approaching readiness to start)
• Establishing healthy routines around naps, feeding and outings
• Supporting overall development milestones and socialisation
• Maintaining a safe, calm and nurturing environment
• Light child-related housekeeping (bottles, laundry, play areas, etc.)

Experience & Qualities
The ideal nanny will:
• Have strong baby experience, including weaning and potty-training
• Have supported a parent returning to work
• Be patient, proactive and genuinely passionate about early years development
• Communicate well and enjoy working collaboratively with parents
• Be open to adapting as the child grows
• Be supportive of first-time parenting and able to guide with knowledge and reassurance
The family may consider a second baby in the future, so experience with young babies and juggling developmental stages would be highly valued.

Role Details
• Days: 3 days per week (days probably Mon-Wed)
• Hours: 8am–4pm or 8am–5pm (to be confirmed)
• Driver: Not required
• Travel: May be requested in the future (not essential immediately)
• Salary: £21–£25 gross per hour (DOE)

This role would suit an experienced nanny who genuinely enjoys the baby and toddler years and wants to build a long-standing relationship with the family.
