Hi!
We're a family of 4 looking for a new nanny for our children as i'm going back to work in mid April after 10 months of mat leave. Starting date would be at the beginning of April, we can be a little flexible for the right candidate.

A little bit about us and what we're looking for:

- we're an Italian/German family and our kids are trilingual. Oliver is 3.5y old he's currently at nursery till 3pm every day and Leonora is almost 9 months old and will be home with our future nanny till she's 2/2.5 years old. My husband and I work long hours (dad is an entrepreneur and mom a tech exec) and with no family close by our nanny in the past has been a truly third parent and full member of the family. We're currently based in Primrose hill but we're looking to move closer to Hampstead before the new nanny starts in a bigger house.

- we're looking for someone who can be flexible, incredibly reliable, reserved and proactive. Discipline is important but love, cuddles and truly listening to children's POV & needs rule in our house.

- we're looking for Mon-Friday 9am till 7.30pm - willingness to travel with us 2-3 weeks a year and occasional evenings (agreed in advance and compensated)

- responsibilities are the usual ones - looking after the children organising interesting activities, playdates, classes and loads of outdoor time, cooking for them, cleaning their clothes if accident happens (general laundry will be taken care by someone else), tidying up. Openness to occasionally emptying the dishwasher or folding dry clothes if our house keeper is not around.

- lastly our nanny needs to have AT LEAST 10 YEARS of experience nannying, including with baby-led weaning, managing multiple kids as a full time nanny and managing doctors appointments/emergencies at need.

- An Italian or German speaker is a big plus and we'd prefer you to speak your native language with the kids over English.
