Male Mentor/Manny – Part-Time with International Travel (Central London) Feb start £££££

A private family based in Central London is seeking an experienced, confident, and engaging male Mentor/Manny for their 12-year-old son, within a fully staffed household. This role is designed for someone who can act as a positive role model, offering guidance, structure, and companionship while encouraging independence, confidence, and healthy interests.

Position Details:
• **One weekend day per week** (consistent commitment).
• Live-out position.
• Based in Central London.
• Part of a professional, fully staffed household.
• International travel required during school holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mentoring, supervision, and age-appropriate guidance.
• Engage the child in constructive activities, including: sports, fitness, and outdoor pursuits, educational and cultural outings, practical life skills and confidence-building activities.
• Accompany the family on overseas travel during school holidays, including trips to: Europe, Caribbean, United States, Far East.
• Support the child with routine, boundaries, and positive engagement while travelling.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience working with school-aged or early-teen boys.
• Calm, emotionally intelligent, and naturally authoritative without being rigid.
• Active and able to participate in sports or physical activities.
• Well-presented, discreet, and comfortable within a private household.
• Confident international traveller with a valid passport.
• Able to work collaboratively with parents and household staff.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and excellent references required.
• Background in education, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or private childcare are particularly well suited to this role.
