Supporting us with two children, our boy 16 months old and our second baby due in May

Starting February
40 hours per week (schedule agreed monthly in advance)
One weekday evening per week
Some weekend work
One weekday off when family support is available (hours spread across 4 days that week)

Looking for a gentle, loving, natural caregiver, ideal candidate would be a child led approach/ Steiner Waldorf/ Montessori/ attachment parenting inspired nanny/mother's help. Most importantly it is finding the right person and connection.

Duties:
Working in a team with mum to support daily rhythms,
Cooking healthy basic meals,
Supporting with household tasks e.g tidying, organising, washing up, dishwasher
Occasional laundry duties,
Occasional grocery shopping, running errands, helping with admin etc.
The family have a cleaner

Mum is at home and dad travels for work.

We have a cleaner.
+ a large friendly cat.

Non-smoking environment.
