Job Title: Live-out Nanny

Start Date: As soon as possible. The family would like to begin interviews from this coming weekend.

Overview:
A warm and professional family in North London is seeking an experienced, reliable live-out nanny for a long-term position, looking after their  two girls aged 4 and 2y. This is a sole-charge role for most of the week, with some shared care alongside the mother on shorter days. The family is looking for someone flexible, committed, and genuinely invested in a minimum two-year role.

Working Hours:
Approximately 45 hours per week.
– Monday, Thursday, Friday: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
– Tuesday, Wednesday: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
There is some flexibility required, including the ability to stay later into the evening one day per week when needed.

Salary:
£18–21 gross per hour, depending on experience and overall suitability. The family is open to reviewing candidates before making a final decision.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Full nanny duties appropriate to the children’s age, in terms of childcare arrangements, the nanny will be caring for their 2-year-old for at least three days a week. Their 4-year-old is expected to attend pre-school four days a week and will be at home with her mother at least one day a week.
– Sole charge care on full days
– Shared care with the mother on shorter days
– Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
– Supporting routines, development, and day-to-day wellbeing
– Light child-related duties only

Additional Information:
– No travel required
– No pets in the household
– Driving is not required but would be considered a bonus
– Spanish language skills are a strong advantage, though not essential

Contract Length:
