Role overview

An international family is looking for an experienced, professional nanny for their first child. The grandmother is very involved in the child’s day-to-day care, and the nanny will work alongside both the grandmother and the mother. The family would like someone calm, tactful, and confident, and comfortable working within a shared care setup.

The family divides their time between Latvia, the South of France, and Poland. This is a live-in role with regular travel, best suited to someone who already understands the rhythm, discretion, and flexibility required in an international household.

The family is also looking for a nanny who combines warmth with professionalism and who brings a genuinely child-centred approach to daily life. A steady presence is important, someone who can create a secure, affectionate environment, support early development through meaningful play and conversation, and guide behaviour gently and consistently, while keeping the household running smoothly.

English is required for daily communication and travel. French or Spanish is strongly preferred to support natural language exposure as the child grows.

Fluent English, French or Spanish strongly preferred

Proven experience in live-in and travel roles, ideally within international households

Strong personal standards, excellent manners, and a respectful approach to boundaries
