Our client is seeking a collaborative and cheerful Live-out Nanny to join their family near Basingstoke.

This is a shared care position working with a baby who is currently 4.5 months old, alongside a hands-on mother, and an 8 years old.

The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, with strong communication skills and a team-player mindset. They should be comfortable in a countryside setting and enjoy a quiet, rural, equestrian lifestyle. Candidate must be a confident driver and should also be a confident cook able to prepare homemade meals for the children.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Working Hours : 9am to 7pm

Duties
Shared daily care of the baby, following and supporting established routines
Assisting with feeds, naps, development, and play
Providing structure and stimulating activities appropriate to developmental stages
Ensuring the nursery and child-related areas remain tidy and well-organised
Supporting the family in a discreet and professional manner
Only nanny duties will apply as the family has a Housekeeper
Ideally travel with the family 4 weeks a year
Some occasional babysitting and overnight care
Cooking meals for the children

Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in private households, particularly with babies
Confident driver (car provided)
Comfortable with rural living
Fluent/Native English; Spanish-speaking a plus but not essential

Salary: £45k gross per year

Start date: January 2026

Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
