Rate: £75000 per annum
Days: 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off

Key Requirements:
• Extensive newborn and maternity experience
• Proven longevity and stability in previous roles
• Experience supporting children from newborn through toddler years
• Essential: background working within formal, high-profile, or royal households
• Highly organised, dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent international travel
• Strong cultural awareness and impeccable discretion
• Excellent English; additional languages advantageous
• Confident, polished, and able to work within a structured household
• Must hold British Right to Work or a British Passport to apply(UK based contract)
• Comfortable sleeping in the baby’s room during working weeks

A distinguished, high-profile household is seeking an exceptional Rota Maternity Nanny to join their formal, fully staffed residence in Milan, with regular international travel. The baby is due February 2026, and the successful candidate will begin in mid-January, working alongside an established second rota maternity nurse/nanny to prepare the nursery, support the family, and ensure a smooth transition ahead of the newborn’s arrival. This role focuses exclusively on the newborn,as the family’s older child already has long-term rota nannies in place. The ideal candidate will bring significant newborn expertise, experience within royal or high-profile households, and the ability to operate with exceptional professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
