We are looking for an experienced, fun and developmentally focussed LIVE-IN nanny who is happy with a sole charge full time position starting in mid/late-January or by early February. The family have three switched on, curious and energetic boys ages almost 4, 6 and 12 years old. They also have a friendly dog and a confident London driver is required.

The boys love learning new things, are intellectually curious, outdoorsy, and kind. They want their nanny to focus on their interests and stimulate them through developmental play, encouraging lots of outdoor activities, using their creativity. The younger two attend a school which is only a 15 minute fast walk while they scoot, so you need to have lots of energy to keep up with them!

The parents would love to find a long-term enriching nanny to become part of their family and who is very organised, flexible and proactive when the boys are at school. This will involve supporting with family assistance/PA duties, fresh healthy cooking and managing all the school communications while the children are at school. They have a cleaner three times each week, but they would love their nanny to be happy to muck in and take lots of initiative.

The family are looking for a fun, positive and calm nanny who loves being active, who genuinely loves their job and is educationally focussed. They are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and reliable.

You will have a beautiful double bedroom with ensuite, and separate entrance in a lovely leafy area. They also have a gym in the house which you can use. The nanny is able to either stay all weekend or go home if this is your preference.

LOCATION: West Dulwich, SE21

START: Open start date ideally mid/end January/February 2026

DAYS: Monday to Friday

HOURS: 7:15 am – 7:15 pm Monday to Friday (live-in)

SALARY: Between £45-50,000 + gross per year based on previous experience and qualifications.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Confident automatic London driver (car provided and parking is available if you want to bring your own car)
- Fluent level of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to take initiative and show common sense
- Confident cook and happy to plan and cook for the family
- Previous experience as a live-in nanny with multiple children ages 4 plus
- Excellent time-management
- Tech-savviness – competence with calendars, online bookings, emails
- Flexibility to work around parents needs

DUTIES:
- Organising playdates and activities/days out.
- Children’s homework and supervision.
- Cooking fresh healthy meals for the children and sometimes parents (bigger portions) as well as managing Ocado order.
- Keeping the children’s bedrooms and playroom organised.
- Children’s laundry and preparing school uniforms for the next day.
- Running errands or buying things for the children/family when required.
- PA duties – school admin and emails, booking appointments etc.
- Driving the children to and from activities, and playdates.
- Walking the children to and from school each day.
- Supporting with packing and unpacking for holidays if required.
- Babysitting if needed 1 x per week on a weeknight and possible travel once a year.
- Stimulate the children’s social development through conversation and play.
- Occasional dog walking if dog walker is away
