Full time Nanny , Abu Dhabi (Live-Out with Accommodation Provided), Salary DOE

We are seeking an experienced, warm, and highly professional nanny to support the care and development of three young children (2-month twins & 12-month toddler) within a fully staffed household in Abu Dhabi. You will work as part of a structured team under the guidance of a Head Nanny, following established routines and delivering exceptional care with consistency, patience, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
-Daily care for newborns and infant, including feeding, hygiene, sleep routines, and developmental play
-Following family-led routines and guidelines with discipline and respect
-Preparing bottles, sterilising equipment, and maintaining excellent nursery hygiene
-Supporting sleep and feeding schedules, tracking developmental milestones
-Organising nursery supplies, clothing, toys, and travel items
-Engaging babies in gentle, age-appropriate play and stimulation
-Maintaining clear communication within a multicultural nanny team
-Travelling internationally with the family when required

Schedule & Package
-12-hour shifts, 6 days per week
-Live-out role with fully provided separate accommodation off-site
-Based in Abu Dhabi with international travel as required
-Minimum 2-year contract
-Additional benefits: insurance, annual return flight, transportation, food

Candidate Requirements
-Minimum 5 years’ professional newborn experience within private families
-Up to date Infant/Child First Aid & CPR
-Strong understanding of early childhood development
-Excellent English communication skills
-Comfortable working in a multicultural, well-structured team
-Calm, caring and emotionally mature approach
