OVERVIEW:
A lovely family, well known to the agency, is seeking an experienced, nurturing, qualified, English-speaking nanny to start ASAP and care for their 1-year-old daughter. This full-time nanny position in Doha is ideal for a professional who specialises in early childhood development and thrives in a warm, supportive household environment.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in infant development, hold Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia qualifications, and demonstrate a warm, caring, engaging personality. The nanny must be comfortable working seamlessly within a household team and supporting the family’s routines with confidence and initiative.
The family wishes to employ a caring, responsible person who is First Aid trained, hands-on, flexible, and capable of working independently. They are ideally looking for a long-term candidate with strong values, reliability, and a genuine passion for childcare.
Excellent references and a background check are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide dedicated, high-quality care for the little girl, ensuring her safety, development, and well-being.
Follow Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia principles to support early learning, sensory exploration, and age-appropriate developmental milestones.
Maintain a structured yet flexible daily routine, including feeding, naps, playtime, and developmental activities.
Work collaboratively with other household staff to maintain a smooth home environment.
Travel with the family (must be comfortable with international trips).
Assist with light baby-related duties, including meal preparation and nursery organisation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Native-level English-speaking nanny
British or EU passport holder (for ease of travel)
DBS & First Aid certificate
Excellent references
Candidates with Montessori/Reggio Emilia qualifications are preferred
Trustworthy, professional, caring, loving, and fun personality
A second language would be a plus

THE OFFER:
Up to 12 hours/day, 6 days/week (with downtime during the day)
Salary: £1,600–£1,700 per week
4 weeks’ paid holiday per year
