Our client is a lovely family based in West Kensington seeking a reliable, warm, and flexible part-time nanny/mother's help to join their household. They have two children, two girls aged 1 and 4. The family values flexibility and is looking for someone who can adapt to their needs, including occasional weekend support and travel when required.

Role Overview

This is a morning-focused mother's help position, working alongside the family to ensure a smooth start to the day. The role involves childcare, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. The family already has coverage from 1:00pm to 7:30pm, so this position complements their existing arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with morning routines and breakfast preparation for the children
- School drop-off as needed
- Tag-team support with parents during busy morning periods
- Prepare and serve lunch for the baby
- Put baby down for nap/sleep
- Light cooking and meal preparation for the family
- General mother's help duties including tidying, organising, and maintaining a clean, welcoming home environment
- Flexibility to provide support on either Saturday or Sunday when needed
- Willingness to travel with the family when required (occasional)
