Job Description: A lovely and established family residing in Austria is seeking a warm, proactive and experienced Live-in Nanny to join their household and support their three children aged 7, 4 and 1. The ideal candidate is someone who truly enjoys engaging with children, contributing to a harmonious family routine, and becoming a long-term part of their daily life.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full nanny duties for three children (7, 4 and 1 years old)
- Sole charge care for the 1-year-old during mornings
- Engaging the children in creative, educational and age-appropriate activities
- Organising outdoor and indoor play (crafts, garden play, pool, trampoline, etc.)
- Assisting with school/kindergarten routines and daily structure
- Light family-style cooking (occasional lunch preparation)
- Ensuring a safe, positive and stimulating environment
- Accompanying the family during holidays
- Driving duties (car provided)

Schedule: 5 days per week – approx. 40 hours/week
Weekend availability required (approximately every 3rd weekend off; schedule planned one month in advance)
Start Date: February 2026
Travel: Yes – approx. 3–4 times per year (Europe, Dubai, Maldives)


SALARY & BENEFITS
€4,000 gross/month for the first 6 months
€4,500 gross/month thereafter
(15 salaries per year)
Private health insurance
Mercedes CLA provided (for both professional and private use)

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Nanny with similar age groups
Fluent English (mandatory, to support the children’s language development)
Confident driver
Comfortable with pets (the household includes 2 dogs, 2 ponies and 2 bunnies)
Flexible and adaptable, with a genuine passion for childcare

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Salary Offered: €3,000 - €4,000 per month

Accommodation: Yes, private apartment
