Nanny
? Live-Out Nanny – Central London
(Native English Speaker | University Degree Required | Long-Term Role)
We are delighted to support a wonderful family in Central London in their search for a kind, energetic, and committed live-out nanny who is seeking a long-term position within a stable and supportive household. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a family over many years and build strong, lasting relationships with the children.
The family have three lovely children:
Charlie (6) – bright, curious, and enthusiastic about school
Rose (almost 3) – playful, inquisitive, and full of character
Baby Finn (7 months) – a happy, engaged baby who thrives with attentive developmental play
With the older children at school and nursery during the day, the nanny will focus primarily on Baby Finn in the mornings—supporting his routine, nurturing his development, and creating a calm, structured environment. After school, the role includes guiding Charlie and Rose through fun, meaningful activities and providing gentle support with their evening routines.
Mum works from home, so the nanny must feel comfortable working alongside a parent in a collaborative, respectful way.
Above all, the family is seeking someone who values longevity, takes pride in their work, and genuinely enjoys becoming a steady, trusted presence in children’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all three children
Supporting a consistent daily routine, including naps, meals, and structured play
Planning and delivering age-appropriate developmental activities for Baby Finn
Creating fun and stimulating after-school activities for Charlie and Rose
Assisting with homework when needed
Preparing healthy meals and snacks (an interest in healthy living is a plus)
Handling light nursery duties such as children’s laundry, tidying play areas, and organising belongings
Maintaining clear, open communication with parents to ensure a smooth, team-focused approach
