? After-School Nanny – N20
About the Role
A lovely family in N20 is looking for a warm, energetic and proactive after-school nanny to support their two school-aged children. The family also has a 6-month-old baby, but he attends nursery full-time, so the role focuses solely on the older two.
The ideal nanny will be fun and engaging, able to create a relaxed but structured afternoon routine—firm yet friendly, never strict.
Key Responsibilities
School pick-ups (school is approx. a 7-minute drive away)
Preparing or reheating simple family meals (mum batch cooks at weekends)
Supporting homework and school projects
Planning fun, stimulating after-school activities
Providing a calm, positive and consistent environment
Occasional evening babysitting when needed
Ideal Candidate
Energetic, fun, and confident with school-aged children
Firm but warm approach—able to provide structure kindly
A safe, confident driver with own car
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Self-employed and able to charge £18–19 GPH
Children: Ages 7 & 9 (baby aged 6 months attends nursery full-time – no baby care required)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–7:30pm
Start: ASAP
Driver: MUST
Pay: £18–£19 gross per hour (self-employed preferred)
Additional: Occasional babysitting
