Job Description
A lovely family is seeking an experienced and proactive Rota Nanny to care for four children. The role operates on a 15-on/15-off rota, providing shared-care support, but also requires sole charge of the children when the parents are busy or travelling. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and passionate about childcare, able to plan engaging activities, support educational development, and manage daily routines independently when needed.

Candidate Requirements:
? Childcare-related qualification essential
? Previous rota or UHNW household experience preferred
? Fluent English speaker; Hebrew is a bonus
? Confident swimmer
? Full driving licence
? Enthusiastic and proactive approach to childcare
? Able to anticipate needs, take initiative, and manage the children independently
? Team player – comfortable working alongside other household staff
? British or EU passport holder
? Pet friendly

Role Responsibilities:
? Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children
? Take sole charge of the children when parents are busy or travelling
? School runs and transportation to activities, lessons, and appointments
? Plan, organise, and supervise extracurricular activities and playdates
? Support with homework, school projects, and educational development
? Accompany the family on domestic and international travel while maintaining routines
? Manage and organise the children’s wardrobes and belongings
? Prepare healthy, balanced meals and snacks for the children
? Carry out nursery duties within children’s bedrooms and play areas
? Work closely with parents and the wider household team to ensure smooth daily operations
