Full-Time Nanny (Live-in or Live-out) – Palma de Mallorca
We are a warm, international family living near Palma, looking for a kind, reliable, and flexible nanny to care for our two boys and support our household.

About the Role
40-hour contract (weekends and flexibility required)
Mix of childcare and light household / PA support (as the children attend school)
Option to live in or live out
Open to travel with us

Main Responsibilities
Driving the children (driver’s license required)
Playing, maintaining routines, and helping with daily structure
Cooking for the children and managing the kitchen & groceries
Children’s laundry, tidying their rooms and play areas
Helping with our regular family routines and occasional travel
Comfortable with proxy parenting when needed

Requirements
Spanish native preferred, English a big plus

Responsible, organized, and positive

Confident driving on Mallorca’s narrow roads
