Live-In Nanny – Shepherd’s Bush, West London
Hours: 7am–7pm, Live-in (Monday–Friday)
Start Date: Beginning of February (flexible for the right candidate)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

We are a warm, busy family based in Shepherd’s Bush, West London, looking for a kind, organized and proactive live-in nanny to care for our two children (boy, 5; girl, 3.5) and to become a long-term part of our family life.
Location: Shepherd’s Bush, West London
Children:
Boy (5) – in school full time
Girl (3.5) – in nursery 5 half days a week; due to start Reception in September
Pets: Two small, friendly dogs – a nanny who is comfortable with dogs is essential.

Accommodation
Private bedroom and bathroom within the family home.

Babysitting & Proxy Parenting
Up to 2 babysitting nights per week (Monday–Thursday) included in the role - not always used but nanny should be available on agreed evenings.
Very occasional proxy parenting/overnights or weekend babysitting by prior agreement; this will be compensated separately.

Candidate Requirements
Essential:
Previous experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role with similar ages.
Warm, caring and patient, with a genuine love for working with children.
Reliable, organized and proactive, able to manage the children’s routines independently.
Comfortable around dogs and happy to include them in daily routines (e.g. letting them out, feeding them).
Good level of spoken English.
Right to work in the UK.

Preferred:
Driver with clean license
First Aid training (or willingness to obtain).
Relevant childcare qualifications are an advantage.
