Job Summary: Eden is supporting a well-known first-baby family seeking a highly experienced maternity nurse / maternity nanny to join their established long-term rota team. Their 14-month-old is thriving within a settled yet flexible routine.

This is a 24-hour rota role, with extended stretches of up to 28 days, requiring a confident and experienced professional comfortable with a high level of responsibility. The position includes regular travel within Germany and across the EU, so flexibility and ease with changing locations are essential.

The family is seeking a senior-level candidate with strong experience in rota or proxy parenting roles, confident caring for babies and young toddlers beyond the new-born stage. The ability to work collaboratively alongside parents is key, as is confidence in preparing nutritious meals for a young child.

Candidate Requirements:
• Proven 24-hour rota or proxy parenting experience
• Confidence with babies and young toddlers
• Comfortable working alongside parents
• Happy to travel internationally when required
• Organised, calm, proactive and reliable
