Overview
A highly professional and discreet Nanny is required for a Royal Family to provide full-time care for their 2-year-old child. This position requires an experienced early-years specialist who is confident, calm, and able to work seamlessly within a fully staffed household.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting toddlers’ developmental milestones, with additional baby experience considered a valuable bonus. This is a role for someone adaptable, culturally aware, and able to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities
Childcare & Development
• Provide full care for a 2-year-old, supporting daily routines, meals, hygiene, and sleep
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate developmental activities
• Monitor milestones, support learning, and create a warm, engaging environment
• Ensure safety, stability, and structure throughout the day
Household Coordination
• Work collaboratively within a fully staffed household
• Communicate effectively with parents and fellow staff, respecting hierarchy and cultural expectations
• Demonstrate strong situational awareness and the ability to “read the room”
Flexibility & Travel
• Willingness to travel with the family at short notice
• Ensure continuity of care across different environments

Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience caring for toddlers of this age
• Baby experience is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in fully staffed or high-profile households
• Highly professional, discreet, culturally aware, and respectful
• Strong team player, adaptable, and able to follow household protocols
• Confident, nurturing, and developmentally knowledgeable
• Willing and able to travel internationally as needed

• £5,000–£6,000 net per month depending on experience
• Flights, visa, and work-related travel expenses covered by employer
• One return flight home per contract year
• 28 days paid holiday per year
