Nanny/Manny – Parsons Green

Location: SW6
Schedule: 12:30 pm – 8:30 pm?

Children: 11 and 7 years
Salary: up to £45,500 gross per annum

Job Description:
A lovely family based in Parsons Green, SW6 is seeking an experienced and proactive Nanny or Manny to care for their two boys aged 11 and 7. The eldest child has ADHD, so the family is looking for someone who understands and can confidently manage ADHD-related behaviours with patience, consistency, and positivity.

Main duties will include:
* Assisting the children with homework and after-school routines
* Preparing healthy, child-friendly meals
* Managing the children’s laundry and keeping their areas tidy
* Light housekeeping duties related to the children
* Creating a calm, organised, and supportive environment

The family places great value on tidiness and organisation - Dad is particularly clean and appreciates a nanny who maintains a neat environment.

Job Requirements:
* Previous experience working with school-age children
* Confident understanding of ADHD and behaviour management strategies
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
* Ability to maintain structure and routine in the afternoons and evenings

Candidate Requirements:
* Kind, patient, and tidy individual
* Energetic, engaging, and reliable
* Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
* Paediatric First Aid Certificate required (at offer/trial stage)
