Part-Time Permanent Nanny Position – Coventry

A family in Coventry are seeking a reliable and experienced Nanny to join them on a permanent basis. This will initially be a shared care role while Mum is on maternity leave, moving to sole charge once she returns to work in 2026.

The family have two children, currently 3 years old and 3 months old.

There are no allergies and no pets in the home.

Role Details:

Days: Thursday and Friday (7:00am – 7:00pm)

A Monday may be added once Mum returns to work

Start Date: May 2026 (can start earlier for the right candidate)

Salary: £14 – £15 gross per hour

(£17,472 – £18,720 gross per annum based on two days per week)

Driver: Essential, with own car (mileage reimbursed)

Location: Coventry

Duties Include:

School/nursery drop-offs and pick-ups

Full nursery duties – children’s washing, bed linen, tidying play areas, and keeping children’s spaces organised

Planning age-appropriate activities

Attending classes with the baby

Supporting the children’s development through play and learning

Meal prep

About You:

Experience caring for babies and toddlers

Reliable and confident, especially as Dad travels frequently for work

Warm, engaging, and proactive in daily routines and activities

Arabic-speaking or good knowledge of Arabic preferred (although not essential) to encourage early language exposure.

Dad works from home in a dedicated office space.
