International Rotational Nanny – Creative, Playful & Early Years Focused
Locations: Monaco, Switzerland, London, USA Paris & Dubai and other locations
Schedule: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off (live-in during working weeks)
Salary: €60,000 – €85,000 gross DOE
Trial: 3-week paid trial
Passport Requirement: EU passport or UK passport

An international family with three young children (3-year-old and toddler twins) is seeking an experienced, energetic, and early-years-focused nanny to join their rotational team. This is a shared-care role working alongside another senior rota nanny, a hands-on mother, and a junior nanny/babysitter/aupair who supports during outings and travel.

The family is looking for someone who can provide a nursery-style learning environment in multiple homes and countries, while keeping each day fun, varied, and developmentally rich. Activities may include sensory and messy play, arts and crafts, role play, baking, music and movement, outdoor exploration, classes, theme parks, museums, swimming, and creating entertainment and calm structure during long-haul travel.
A strong understanding of early development is essential, including routines, weaning, sleep support, speech and language, emotional regulation, and potty training.

Duties & Responsibilities
Full childcare duties including daily routines, feeding, bath/bed routines and sleep support
Planning play-based and structured learning based on EYFS/Montessori/Steiner etc.
Travelling with the family and preparing children’s packing, schedules and in-flight activities
Cooking healthy children’s meals when the chef is off
Organising children’s clothing, packing, toy rotation and belongings
Planning outings, classes, playdates and age-appropriate social and learning experiences
Nappy changing, bottle feeding, weaning, potty training and milestone support
Maintaining clean, organised, safe children’s spaces (nursery, playroom, wardrobe, equipment)
Working collaboratively with another rota nanny, junior nanny, parents and wider household staff

Essential Requirements
Experience working in an Early Years setting (nursery, Montessori, Waldorf/Steiner, Reggio etc.)
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience with children under 4 (private nanny
Strong baby/toddler experience: weaning, potty training, sleep, routines, development
Childcare qualifications (CACHE, NVQ, NorlandEarly Childhood degree or equivalent)
Montessori / Waldorf / Steiner training highly preferred
Previous UHNW household experience
Native English speaker, or non-native speaker with native-level fluency.( neutral accents)
