Warm and welcoming family based in Hertfordshire are looking for an outdoorsy and proactive live-in nanny to join them on a permanent basis and help care for their two young children, a lively 3-year-old boy and a sweet 5.5-month-old baby girl.

This is a fantastic role for an experienced nanny who is confident with travelling internationally, particularly to the USA and across Europe, as the family frequently travel for work events.

The ideal nanny will be energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working as part of a team alongside a hands-on mum. Someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is happy to support with both childcare and light household tasks would be a great match.

Hours are six days per week, 7.30am - 6pm, although flexibility is key, particularly when the family are travelling.

Duties include caring for the baby, cooking for both children, keeping their spaces tidy, and generally helping out as needed. While the focus is on the children, someone who is happy to help with small tasks, like popping something in the dishwasher or running the occasional errand, would be highly valued.

Accommodation is provided in the form of a private apartment on the family’s property.

This is a lovely opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a busy, supportive household and is looking to become a long-term fixture in a warm and welcoming family.

Spanish speaker would be a bonus but not a necessity. The nanny would need to be a confident driver.

Salary is dependent on experience and can be negotiated for the right candidate, in the region of £750 - £900 gross per week.
