A fixed term contract from January - June 2026

A lovely family in Queen’s Park are seeking their first nanny to care for their baby boy while mum returns to work part-time.
This is the family’s first experience of employing a nanny, so they are looking for someone kind, professional, and supportive who can help make the transition a positive and reassuring one.

From June they plan for him to go into nursery, which is why the contract is shot-term.

Sole charge of a 10-month-old baby boy while both parents are at work. You will be responsible for attentively caring for all his needs throughout the day, following his daily routine, planning and preparing nutritious meals, and supporting with weaning and feeding as he continues through this stage.

The nanny will play a key role in supporting the baby’s development, ensuring his day is filled with stimulating, age-appropriate activities - from sensory play and reading at home to outings in the local community. The family live close to Queen’s Park and enjoy daily morning walks; the nanny will continue this routine with the baby, alongside visits to the park, local classes, and playdates with other children.

The Ideal Nanny
Relevant experience caring for babies and a solid understanding of the developmental milestones of a 10–14-month-old.
The right person will be warm, kind, and genuinely passionate about childcare, creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment.
They are seeking someone upbeat, energetic, and proactive in planning the baby’s day, while also being professional, punctual, and reliable. Above all, the family hopes to find a nanny who will form a genuine connection and become a trusted part of their little one’s early years.
