A friendly and welcoming family based in Putney is looking to contract a kind and qualified SEN experienced nanny to support a bright boy, age 8, from Monday to Friday 30h / 33h Week and then full days during school holidays e.g. half term, Easter, summer, Christmas.
Calm and quiet child, attends SEN school full time from 9h to 15h, who enjoys puzzles, birds, animals, music, loves to be outside and have a good time, needs SEN experience, particularly with ASD, and an understanding of food tactics. Nanny should be sporty, cheerful, energetic, flexible, and reliable, with a positive mindset.

Term time days and Hours: 30 to 33 hours p week from Monday to Friday. open to negotiate special hours as well.
Monday: 2.30 – 7pm
Tuesday: 8.00 – 9.15am // 2.30 – 8pm
Wednesday: 2.30 – 7pm
Thursday: 8.00 – 9.15am // 2.30 – 8pm
Friday: 2.30 – 7pm

School holiday hours:
08:30am or 09:00am until 7pm Monday-Friday.

Main Duties:
Educational support and development
Implement strategies and therapies
Transport children to / from school, activities, clubs, playground,
Manage behaviour and support development,
Bathtime sometimes

SEN Childcare experience
Skills:
Previous work with experience with Autism
Strong communication and organization skills
Knowledge of effective strategies for supporting children with autism
Able to incorporate Speech and Language Therapy strategies into fun, engaging activities at home.
Energetic
Proactive and co operative in house help
Ability to create structured play and activities
