Wanted: Russian speaking nanny - Dubai (with international travel)
An opportunity for a native Russian speaking nanny in Dubai – with an immediate start.
Job Specification:
An experienced, and kind-hearted Russian speaking Nanny is required to care for three Russian children (9,6,2) in Dubai. The job schedule is working 6 days on / 1 day off, and 12 hours working day (all flexibility is needed) and requires a fluent Russian speaker. The nanny will be responsible for providing high-quality care, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, and supporting the children’s development through age-appropriate activities as well as helping teach the children to speak Russian.
The family travels frequently, and the nanny will be expected to accompany them, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for the children.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional care for the children, always ensuring their well-being and safety.
• Teaching the children the Russian language through everyday play and activities
• Establish and maintain a structured daily routine that supports the child's physical, emotional, and educational development.
• Organise engaging, age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and creativity.
• Support healthy sleep hygiene and emotional well-being.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on the child's progress and activities.
• Work collaboratively with household staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Accompany the child on international travels, adapting to different environments as required.
Essential Requirements
• Experience working as a nanny in a private household.
• Fluent in Russian language
• Strong knowledge of child development and experience creating structured, stimulating environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Kind, nurturing, and patient disposition with a focus on education and emotional development.
Salary & Benefits
