Job Description – Home-Schooling / Nursery Teacher for 3-Year-Old Boy
Part time: 4 hours per day, 5 days pers week
The family are flexible with timings, the teacher can choose her schedule however with keeping similar schedule daily,

We are seeking an early years teacher, Montessori or Waldorf teacher is a plus (or with a similar early childhood education background) to work one-on-one a 3-year-old boy in a private, home-based learning environment.

The aim is to support his social, emotional, and cognitive development while encouraging his natural curiosity through playful, child-led learning.

The role is based in Sharjah
The family are looking for a teacher who embraces child-centred educational methods, values creative free play, and can integrate structured, engaging learning into his daily routine.

Key Responsibilities
• plan and implement an age-appropriate curriculum (language, numbers, creativity, motor skills, music, and nature exploration)
• Create a loving, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Encourage independence, good manners, and practical life skills
• Organise creative and active play activities (arts & crafts, music, sports, outdoor walks)
• Plan educational outings and hands-on learning experiences outside the home

Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (Montessori/Waldorf preferred) or equivalent
• Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children
• Fluent English; (Arabic or other languages are an advantage)
