A warm, cultured family based in central Dubai is seeking a professional Governess preferably based in UAE for their two well-behaved children under 6 years old,
The household is fully staffed, and the family has previously employed international nannies — they are now looking for a Governess with strong educational focus to guide their children’s development.

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 6 days per week
• Day Off: During the week (with 1 weekend day per month if required)
• Children: 2 children under 6 years old, one attends school.
• Duties:
• Provide academic and developmental support through engaging activities (reading, baking, educational play, teaching)
• Gentle guidance and leadership with respect for children’s personalities
• Assisting with baby’s laundry or cooking a meal for the baby may be rarely required if the chef is not on duty.
• No cleaning or household duties required
• Travel: may be required to travel with the family.
• Driving: A plus, but not required

Candidate Requirements
• Fluency in English (other languages a bonus)
• Based in Dubai/UAE preferred (with own accommodation). If not, the family can sponsor temporary accommodation for 1 month until housing is arranged
• Strong academic/governess background (teaching, early years education, or equivalent experience)
• Motherhood experience is considered a valuable bonus
• Multicultural, respectful, and open-minded to different cultures
• Gentle, nurturing personality — the children respond well to calm, kind leadership

Package
• Salary: 20,000 – 26,000 AED per month (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
• Visa support provided (if required)
• One-month accommodation support if relocating within Dubai or internationally
